TA No.767 of 2015 Instant application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been filed seeking transfer of petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for short 'the Act') filed by respondenthusband from the Court at Jalandhar to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Yamunanagar.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

-2TA No.767 of 2015 has no objection if the petition under Section 13 is transferred from Jalandhar to Ambala. Learned counsel for the applicant also agrees for transfer of the petition from Jalandhar to Ambala. In view of the consent given by learned counsel for the parties, application is allowed. Petition under Section 13 of the Act pending in the Court of learned Additional District Judge, Jalandhar, is ordered to be transferred to learned District Judge, Ambala, who may assign the same to the Court of competent jurisdiction there. Learned District Judge, Jalandhar, shall ensure that entire record of the case is sent to learned District Judge, Ambala. The parties are directed to appear before the learned District Judge, Ambala on 21.03.2016. Disposed of.
