This is an application seeking transfer of civil suit titled as "Deepika Chopra and others Vs. Sarita Zakhmi" pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Phillaur to Patiala on the ground that applicant is an old lady of 63 years and is not keeping good health. On perusal of the plaint attached with the application, it transpires that the suit property is situated in Phillaur and plaintiffrespondent No.1 is widow of son of husband of applicant from his earlier wife. Other plaintiffs are the minor children. No ground is made out to transfer the suit from Phillaur to Patiala.

Dismissed.
