Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that against the impugned order dated 20.03.2025 passed by the Punjab State Office of Indian Oil Corporation Limited, the petitioner has already filed an appeal before the competent authority and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the competent authority to decide the said appeal in a time bound manner so that the petitioner does not suffer any prejudice.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the appeal filed by the petitioner against the impugned order dated 20.03.2025 passed by the Punjab State Office of Indian Oil Corporation Limited, will be decided by the competent authority by 30th June, 2025.
