(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner-Gurcharan Singh @ Money, in case FIR No. 214 dated 02.09.2019 registered under Section 306 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station City, Faridkot. According to prosecution, petitioner had illicit relations with Sandeep Kaur, wife of deceased-Charanjit Singh. Being fed up of their illicit relations, Charanjit Singh, went missing on 31.08.2019. Finally, his dead body was found on 02.09.2019 from a canal. Learned counsel inter alia contends that co-accused of petitioner, namely; Sandeep Kaur, has been enlarged on bail. He is a newly married and not required for interrogation.

CRM-M-44448-2019 -2the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner submits that according to call details available with the police, the petitioner was in constant touch with the deceased, on account of illicit relations with his wife. In view of the above and considering the seriousness of allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the concession of anticipatory bail to him.
Dismissed.
