Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a direction to declare the petitioner's result for the post of TGT (Science) in response to advertisement 2/2023, dated 21.02.2023.

Pursuant to the last order, dated 20.09.2024, petitioners' result has been produced, which has been retained on record as Annexure 'A'. It shows the first petitioner has secured more than the cut off marks in the Rest of Haryana cadre (BCB category), and has been selected in category no.7 for the posts of TGT Science (ROH); the second petitioner has secured marks equivalent to the cut off marks in the Mewat cadre (UR category), and has been selected in category no.12 for the post of TGT Science (MWT).

In view thereof, the Commission is directed to recommend petitioner nos.1 and 2, who shall be appointed by the Department as TGT Science in ROH and MWT cadre, respectively, as per merit, subject to AVIN KUMAR 2024.09.30 16:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.

CWP No.24253 of 2024 [2] fulfilling the requisite conditions. The appointment shall be with all notional service benefits from the date other selected candidates pursuant to the advertisement in question have been appointed. The direction shall be carried out by the respondents within four weeks of receiving a certified copy of the order.

Disposed of qua petitioner nos.1 and 2.

So far as the third petitioner-Ashok Kumar is concerned, he has secured 52.55 marks as unreserved category candidate. These are below the cut off marks for Rest of Haryana as well as Mewat cadre and, accordingly, he has not been selected.

Learned counsel contends that the petitioner applied as BCA category candidate and was required to be considered thus. He may, therefore, be given liberty to challenge the respondents's action. 7.

In view thereof, the petition qua petitioner no.3 stands disposed of with liberty prayed for.
