The only objection raised by learned counsel for the petitioners is that the preliminary decree mentioned an area of 202 sq. yards whereas the area mentioned in the application for drawing up a final decree mentions the area as 231 sq. yards.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 at the outset states that the site plan appended with the application for drawing up a final decree may be disregarded and the final decree be drawn up in accordance with the area mentioned in the preliminary decree.

In view of the above, present revision petition is disposed off with a direction to the Court concerned to proceed with the drawing up of a final decree in accordance with law as per the area mentioned in the preliminary decree. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
