(ORAL) Custody certificate dated 17.10.2019 by way of an affidavit of Shivraj Singh Nandgarh, Superintendent, District Prison Shri Muktsar Sahib has been filed and the same is taken on record. As per the custody certificate, the sentence of the petitioner has been completed on 10.2.2018 but the compensation of Rs. 7,95,000/- is still pending. So far as recovery of compensation amount is concerned, appropriate proceedings as stipulated by the statute can be initiated by the complainant.
