(ORAL) At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of filing of final report under Section 173 (2) Cr.P.C. on 06.02.2020, against respondents No. 4 to 6 to face trial and initiation of proceedings against respondents No. 7 and 8 declaring them proclaimed offender.

In view of the above, instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
