On 23.09.2024, the following order was passed : "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner- bank is regularly filing appeals before the Appellate Authority constituted under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 because said authority is not passing order. If an appropriate order is passed, it would save valuable time and energy of the bank. He further submits that the appeal which is filed along with application seeking condonation of delay would be decided in due course.
