Learned counsel would contend that the petitioner was transferred from Narnaul to Yamunanagar vide order dated 08.11.2023 and 3 similarly situated employees to the same place alongwith him, have now been transferred back vide order dated 26.02.2024 on having submitted a representation/petition, to decide which this Court issued directions. In this regard, a representation dated 14.07.2024, Annexure P-6, has been submitted by him by also placing reliance on a Chronic Disease Certificate dated 14.06.2024, Annexure P-4 relating to his wife, but the has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions from the petitioner, prays that a direction be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner.
