SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for respondent No.1/writ-petitioner submits that the impugned order dated 27.02.2019 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No.752 of 2015 titled as 'Suraj Pal Yadav Vs. State of Haryana and another' has duly been implemented and the petitioner has received benefits in terms of the said order. 2.

Vide order dated 29.10.2019, no interim relief was granted to the appellant and in fact, notice of motion had not been issued at all and only notice was issued on the application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal.

Keeping in view the facts as noticed above and the appeal was filed belatedly after a period of 201 days, we do not intend to entertain the contention raised by the appellant as the same has become otiose and purely academic. The present appeal is, accordingly, dismissed on the ground of delay as well as on merits.
