The present petition has been filed with the following substantial prayer:- "14.

That in the light of above said facts and documentary evidence, it is humbly requested that the complaint Annexure P-1 and all the consequential proceedings arising there from qua the present petitioner be quashed.

It is also prayed that during the pendency of this revision petition the proceedings of the complaint Annexure P-1 qua the petitioner be stayed and his personal presence be exempted. Any other order which the Hon'ble court may deem fit be passed." 2.

A perusal of the paper book reflects that the summoning order passed in respect of the impugned criminal complaint has not been impugned in the present petition.
