(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order was passed on an application seeking permanent exemption on the ground that father of the petitioner is very unwell. Unfortunately, thereafter, on 22.08.2024, father of the petitioner expired. Learned counsel for the petitioner has made a limited prayer in the instant petition that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition and apply afresh before the concerned trial Court for grant of permanent personal exemption by raising a plea that the petitioner lives permanently in Surat & he is required to travel to Kapurthala to attend the date of hearing.

Ordered accordingly.

In case any application (seeking permanent personal exemption) is filed on behalf of the petitioner on or before the next date of hearing, the same shall be decided within three weeks from the date of filing of the said application.
