HARINDER SINGH SIDHU,J The petitioners have filed the present petition seeking a direction to respondent No.3-SHO, P.S City Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur not to harass the petitioners by frequently calling them to the Police Station without adhering to the mandatory provisions of law contemplated under Section 160 Cr.P.C in the guise of inquiry, at the behest of respondent Nos.4 & 5.

Petitioner No.2 is stated to be Pastor in a Church while petitioner No.1 is averred to be his wife. It is alleged that without there been any cause, respondent Nos.4 & 5 have made a false complaint against the petitioners only in order to grab money from them. Without commenting upon the merits of the case or opining on the veracity of the allegations contained in the representation, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 that in case the presence of the petitioners is required in connection with the investigation of any case, procedure as contemplated under Section 160 Cr.P.C be strictly followed.
