Learned State counsel has submitted that as per the instructions received by her, petitioner No.1 who was facing trial in the FIR of the present case, has since been acquitted of the charges as framed against him. It appears that the petitioners are not interested to pursue the present petition any more. Hence the same is dismissed for want of prosecution.
