(ORAL) Prayer in the writ petition is for considering the case of petitioners and decide legal notice dated 25.07.2019 (Annexure P-4) in terms order dated 19.07.2019 (Annexure P-2) passed in CWP No.16086 of 2019 titled as 'Pushpa Devi Vs. State of Haryana and others'. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2-Commissioner-cumDirector General, School Education Haryana, Shiksha Sadan, Sector 5, Panchkula to consider the legal notice dated 25.07.2019 (Annexure P-4) in terms of order dated 19.07.2019 (Annexure P-2) passed in CWP No.16086 of 2019 titled as 'Pushpa Devi Vs. State of Haryana and others' within a stipulated period.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioners, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2-Commissionercum-Director General, School Education Haryana, Shiksha Sadan, Sector 5, Panchkula to consider the legal notice dated 25.07.2019 (Annexure P-4) in terms of order dated 19.07.2019 (Annexure P-2) passed in CWP No.16086 of 2019 titled as 'Pushpa Devi Vs. State of Haryana and others' within a PANKAJ KUMAR 2019.10.19 15:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No.30275 of 2019 (O&M) -2period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioners. This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioners to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of non-compliance of directions issued by this Court.
