C.M. No. 3984-C-2018 Application is allowed as prayed for Accordingly, compromise deed is taken on record. R.S.A No. 1486 of 2018 Issue notice of motion Ms. Simranjeet Kaur, Advocate, who is present in the Court accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Parties are not in dispute that the matter stands compromised between the parties and they are bound by the terms of compromise deed (Ex C1).

In view of the above factual position, the appeal stands disposed of Gaurav Arora 2018.03.27 09:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

R.S.A No. 1486 of 2018 and the judgment and decree are modified in terms of the compromise and the compromise (Ex C1) and site plan (Ex C2) are made part of the decree. The respondents as per compromise deed will not interfere in the 469 yards owned and possessed by appellant denoted by ABCD shown in red colour. The remaining portion shown in EFGH except the red portion will be owned by first party/respondents.
