This is a petition under Section 482 CrPC for direction to the Family Court, Hoshiarpur to expedite and conclude the trial of the Criminal Miscellaneous Application i.e. CRM/479/2021 titled as "Iqbal Singh vs. Amarjit Singh' arising out of the Maintenance Case bearing MNT/125/365 of 2019 titled as 'Amarjit Kaur vs. Iqbal Singh. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that the main case stands decided, however, the application (CRM/479/2021) remains pending. The application is for directions as the petitioner claims that the record was tampered. The matter is pending before the Family Court which is seized of the matter. There is no occasion for this Court to pass any order on the said petition as of today.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
