**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J. (Oral) In view of the order passed today in TA No. 850 of 2015 (Neelam Rani Vs. Ashwani Kumar), this transfer application is also allowed and the civil suit for declaration titled as Ashwani Kumar Vs. Nitish Kumar and others, is ordered to be transferred from Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri to Ludhiana.

Accordingly, the learned District Judge, Yamuna Nagar, is directed to send complete record of the abovesaid civil suit to the learned District Judge, Ludhiana, at an early date but in any case within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

TA No. 851 of 2015 (O&M) The learned District Judge, Ludhiana is also directed to assign the civil suit to the learned court of competent jurisdiction, for an early decision, in accordance with law.
