The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to official respondents to protect life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 9 and not to interefere in the peaceful life of the petitioners at the behest of respondent Nos.4 to 9.

- "a) That the first party/petitioners are residing in live-in relationship with their own free-will and consent and want to live together.
b) That the second party has voluntarily agreed not to interfere in the life and personal liberty of the first party/petitioners and will not harm them in any manner.
c) It is agreed between both the parties that since the first party/petitioners have taken their independent decision for living together and from today all the responsibilities of the petitioner No.1 would be fulfilled by the petitioner No.2 and his parents and the petitioner No.1 would not claim anything from the second party. CRWP-9789-2023 -2d) It is agreed between both the parties that the first party/petitioners will not visit the house of the second party and the second party will also not visit the house of the first party/petitioners. Both the parties shall not have any relation of any kind with each other. The first party/petitioners will not have any relation whatsoever even with the relatives of the second party.
e) Both the parties have agreed that since the first party i.e. Seema-petitioner No.1 is living in live-n relationship with petitioner No.2-Nitin against the wishes of the second party, Seema-petitioner No.1 will not raise any demand or claim any share of her in the property of the second party. f) It is agreed between the parties that the first party/petitioners will be responsible for all the deeds good or bad in their life and will not involve the second party in any manner. g) Both the parties have agreed that they shall not involve themselves in any kind of violence against each other and will not file any false litigation against each other in any Court of Law/Authority and would withdraw all the pending applications or complaint, if any, and would not further pursue the same. Both the parties have further agreed that they will also not interfere in each other's life and personal liberty." 1( 0
