The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 21.11.2022 passed by this Court in CWP-20463-2020.

In compliance of the order dated 21.11.2022 passed by this Court in CWP-20463-2020, learned counsel for the respondent submits that after considering the claim of the petitioner, a speaking order dated 07.05.2026 has been passed by the Director General of Agriculture & Farmer Welfare Department, Haryana. He has produced a copy of the said speaking order in Court, which is taken on record. A copy thereof has been given to learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, since order dated 21.11.2022 passed by this Court in CWP-20463-2020, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 4.

Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as is available to him in accordance with law to challenge the said speaking order dated 07.05.2026.
