Mr. Mohd. Salim, Advocate, puts in appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.5 to 9 and has filed his Power of Attorney in Court, which is taken on record.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the instant case.
