Faced with the above, learned counsel for the applicant states that since he has got no definite instructions in this regard, let instant application may be disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous, however, liberty may be granted to the applicant to get the instant transfer application revived, if necessity arises.

In view of the above, present transfer application is disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous, however, with the liberty, as prayed for.
