HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) Present petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for setting aside order dated 16.07.2022 (Annexure P-2) passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar, vide which, the order granting bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.70 dated 25.07.2015, under Sections 382/364/148/149 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Kathu Nangal, Amritsar was cancelled and his bail bonds/surety bonds were cancelled and forfeited to State.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner already stands arrested.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
