Tribhuvan Dahiya, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 25.05.2023, Annexure P-6, whereby the petitioner's request regarding transfer/adjustment has been declined. 2.
Learned counsel contends that the petitioner is similarly placed as employees/petitioners in CWP No.13846 of 2023, who have been allowed to make a comprehensive representation showing that the posts are still lying vacant and they can be considered for adjustment against the same. He may, therefore, also be permitted to make a fresh representation on the same lines, and the respondents may be directed to decide the same within a specified period.

Mr. Parveen Mehta, DAG, Haryana, appearing on advance notice, submits that in case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be decided expeditiously.
