Learned counsel for U.T.Chandigarh on instructions from ASI Ram Chander submits that at present, there is no threat perception, however, State as duty bound would look into the matter if at any stage representation is made by the petitioner.
In view of the statement of learned counsel for U.T., Chandigarh, no further order is warranted.
