(ORAL) Prayer in the writ petition is for directing the respondents to release Over Time Allowance admissible to petitioners after the decision of this Court dated 01.04.2013 (Annexure P-2) passed in CWP No.22516 of 2012 and other connected matters, which has been upheld by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and further granted to the similarly situated employees under the directions dated 01.02.2019 (Annexure P-4) passed by this Hon'ble Court in CWP No.3005 of 2018 titled as 'Brij Bhushan and others Vs. State of Haryana and others'.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2-Director General, State Transport, Haryana 30 Bays Building, Sector 17, Chandigarh to consider the representation dated 20.08.2019 (Annexure P-5) in terms of order dated 01.02.2019 (Annexure P-4) passed by this Hon'ble Court in CWP No.3005 of 2018 titled as 'Brij Bhushan and others Vs. State of Haryana and others' within a stipulated period.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioners, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2-Director PANKAJ KUMAR 2019.10.23 10:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No.30182 of 2019 (O&M) -2General, State Transport, Haryana 30 Bays Building, Sector 17, Chandigarh to consider the representation dated 20.08.2019 (Annexure P-5) in terms of order dated 01.02.2019 (Annexure P-4) passed by this Hon'ble Court in CWP No.3005 of 2018 titled as 'Brij Bhushan and others Vs. State of Haryana and others' within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioners. This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioners to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of noncompliance of directions issued by this Court. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
