Learned State counsel submits that LPA No. 342 of 2016 against the order of single Judge was dismissed on 30.11.2016. According to him, a decision has been taken to grant all benefits to the petitioner as directed by writ court on 18.09.2015. He further submits that necessary order in this regard has already been passed by competent authority and payment shall be released expeditiously in any case not later than two months.
