PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) On 07.10.2023, while issuing notice of motion, following order was passed :

"Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of the impugned order dated 13.09.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Amritsar in FIR No.113 dated 18.10.2014, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC, whereby the petitioner has been declared as 'proclaimed person'. Notice of motion for 20.11.2023.

Mr. Tarun Aggarwal, Sr. DAG, Punjab.who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. In the meantime, operation of the impugned order dated 13.09.2023 (P-1) shall remain stayed, subject to the petitioner appearing before the trial Court on or before 13.10.2023 and seek admission on interim bail by the trial Court. This Court is quite sanguine that the application moved by the petitioner shall be decided, in accordance with law."

Today counsel for the petitioner has produced order dated 12th of October, 2023 to demonstrate that the petitioner has now appeared before the Trial Court and stands admitted to bail. 3.

In view of above, the impugned order dated 13th of September, 2023 has lost its sting and relevance.

Since the petitioner is now before the law, this Court finds that no further order is required to be passed and no further action shall be taken on the impugned order.
