The instant first petition bearing No.CRM-M-45351-2019 has been filed under Section 407 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for transfer of complaint No. DV Act/230/2019 dated 07.09.2019, under Sections 12, 18, 19, 20, 22 and 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 along with another transfer application bearing No.TA-767-2023, filed seeking transfer of divorce petition bearing No.HMA-3940-2022, from the Family Court, Ludhiana to any Court of competent jurisdiction at Chandigarh. 2.

Both the learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter stands compromised in the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. The SIMRANDEEP KAUR 2024.08.22 10:03 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.

Settlement Agreement dated 01.08.2024 is acceptable to both the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has handed over a demand draft of Rs.1,00,000/-, out of the total amount of Rs.5,00,000/-, today in the Court, which has been accepted by the learned counsel for the respondent. Copy of the said demand draft has been submitted in the Court, which is taken on record. 4.

Consequently, the present petitions are disposed of in view of the compromise executed between the parties.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand disposed of. 6.
