HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is for quashing of FIR No.121 dated 06.09.2022, registered under Section 377 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Section 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012 (Annexure P-1), at Police Station Sultanwind, Amritsar, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2) dated 10.10.2022, effected into between the parties. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition at this stage. In view of the above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
