RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 3 to protect the life and personal liberty of the petitioner as well as her family members from the hands of private respondents who being influential persons are harassing and humiliating the petitioner and her family members. It is further prayed to issue direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation, dated 10.06.2024, Annexure P-2, moved by the petitioner as per law and in a time bound manner.

After arguing for some time, earned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other remedy as available to him in accordance with law. Allowed as prayed for.
