CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) Prayer in the writ petition is for quashing of impugned transfer orders dated 06.09.2019 (Annexure P-2) and 15.09.2019 (Annexure P-4) being contrary to Circular dated 26.09.1986 (Annexure P-7) issued by respondent Department.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2-Director Elementary Education Haryana, Shiksha Sadan, Sector 5, Panchkula to consider the the representation dated 19.09.2019 (Annexure P-5) within a stipulated period. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioners, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2-Director Elementary Education Haryana, Shiksha Sadan, Sector 5, Panchkula to consider the the representation dated 19.09.2019 (Annexure P-5) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order by passing a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioner. This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of non-compliance of directions issued by this Court.
