***** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner has moved an adjournment slip for adjournment on the ground that he is out of station today. However, perusal of file shows that instant petition was filed in the year 2016. Thereafter, it was taken on board 5 times i.e. on 19.10.2016, 16.01.2017, 13.07.2018, 17.12.2018 and today i.e. 16.01.2019. During a span of more than two and half years, no one ever appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
