(Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent-husband submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and as a result thereof, parties have filed a petition for mutual divorce, rendering the present transfer application as infructuous. The abovesaid statement made by learned counsel for the respondent could not be denied by the learned counsel for the applicant-wife for want of instructions.
