(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 182 dated 05.10.2021 under Section 22 of NDPS Act registered at Police Station Kotwali Bathinda, District Bathinda. Vide order dated 26.04.2022 passed in CRM-M-2132-2022, a detailed and reasoned order, this Court had dismissed the bail of the petitioner on the grounds that the recovery was effected from him. Furthermore, prolonged incarceration is not a ground for bail because the petitioner is not covered with the ratio laid down in the judgment of Daler Singh Vs. State of Punjab, 2007 (1) RCR (Criminal) 316. Given above, the present petition is dismissed.
