Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.400 dated 22.10.2022 registered under Sections 21(C), 25 and 27 of NDPS Act, at Police Station Goindwal Sahib, District Tarn Taran.

Custody certificate filed by learned State counsel is taken on record, as per which, the petitioner is behind bars for 11 months & 12 days and stands convicted in one case under NDPS Act and one more under the said Act is pending.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage.
