Mr. Manish Soni, Advocate, for the respondent. **** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) This is a petition seeking transfer of proceedings initiated by husband-respondent by way of civil suit No.222-C/4-9-12/9-10-2013 from the court at Sirsa to Fazilka.

Learned counsel for the respondent-husband submits that the proceedings in the civil suit are nearing culmination. In view of the facts that the trial of the case is at its fag end, no order needs to be passed.

Dismissed.

Trial court shall be at liberty to pass the order in accordance with law.
