In this regard, the petitioner has made a representation (P.4) addressed to Superintendent of Police, Palwalrespondent No.2 but no action thereon has so far been taken despite his having received serious injuries.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case or opining on the veracity of the allegations contained in the representation, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner, as raised by him in the application (P.4) and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
