**** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the appellants as well the respondent submit that during the pendency of the appeal, the parties to the lis, who are present in Court, have arrived at a mutual settlement. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties by virtue of which the appellants have been monetarily compensated, the respondent has no objection if the decree passed by the trial Court is given finality. The written comromise / settlement (Annexure A-3) is made part of the decree and the decree passed by the trial Court is modified to that extent. The parties to the suit shall be at liberty to execute the said decree in terms thereof.
