(ORAL) Prayer in the writ petition is for directing the respondents to calculate and pay/release the arrears of all notional benefits attached to the post of petitioner in compliance to order dated 13.01.2017 (Annexure P-2) passed by respondent No.3 whereby date of joining of petitioner on the post of Drawing Teacher has been considered as 20.08.2004 instead of actual date of joining i.e. 28.10.2009 for the purpose of pay fixation and seniority. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.5-Block Education Officer, Mandi Dabwali, District Sirsa to consider the representation dated 21.01.2019 (Annexure P-6) within a stipulated period.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.5-Block Education Officer, Mandi Dabwali, District Sirsa to consider the representation dated 21.01.2019 (Annexure P-6) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.5 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioner. This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner PANKAJ KUMAR 2019.10.

CWP No.30262 of 2019 (O&M) -2to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of noncompliance of directions issued by this Court. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
