       When confronted with the fact that the present petition is not maintainable in view of the earlier order dated 21.09.2023 passed by this Court in Civil Writ Petition No. 21091 of 2023 and the fact that pursuant to the said order, the petitioner has already approached the Appellate Authority under the statutory provisions of the Punjab Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2019, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw the petition as the petitioner wishes to pursue the matter before the authority concerned before which its appeal/representation is pending.
