S.J. VAZIFDAR, A.C.J. (Oral) The appeal is covered in favour of the appellant/assessee by a judgment of this Court in VATAP No. 48 of 2012, M/s. Sonex Auto Industries P. Ltd., Bahadurgarh vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 25.07.2014.

The appeal is, therefore, allowed. The substantial questions of law are answered accordingly and the amount of tax payable by the appellant shall be calculated by the Assessing Officer in accordance with the aforesaid judgment.
