There is no representation on either of the parties. A perusal of record reveals that vide order dated 04.08.2022, the petitioner was directed to file an affidavit regarding the payment made by him in respect to the arrears of maintenance. Till today, no such affidavit has however been filed by the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is neither interested in complying with the order dated 04.08.2022 passed by this Court nor to pursue the present petition. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
