**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 34 dated 5.2.2019, registered under Sections 457, 380 IPC (Section 411 IPC added later on), Police Station Sahnewal, District Ludhiana.

Vide order dated 18.10.2019, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join the investigation,, Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 18.10.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sadhu Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no more required for further investigation.
