Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.038 dated 28.03.2023 registered under Sections 21, 61, 85 of NDPS Act, at Police Station Division No.1, Jalandhar.

Learned State counsel has filed custody certificate, as per which, the petitioner is behind bars only for last 6 months and 9 days and submits that recovery of commercial quantity was effected from the vehicle in which the petitioner was travelling.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage.
