On 25.09.2018, none had appeared on behalf of the appellant and the case was adjourned for 05.02.2019. On 05.02.2019, again request for adjournment was made by learned counsel for the appellant and matter was adjourned to 28.05.2019 and last opportunity was granted. On 28.05.2019, again the matter was adjourned to 27.08.2019 on request of learned counsel for the appellant. On 02.03.2020, on the request of learned counsel for the appellant, the case was again adjourned for 21.08.2020, subject to payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- to be deposited with the Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association. Again request for adjournment was made on 21.02.2023 and the case was adjourned for today.
