                Petitioners have filed instant petition for quashing of FIR No.94 dated 09.06.2022 under Sections 498-A, 406, 377 IPC registered at Police Station Dasuya (Annexure P-1) and order dated 20.05.2023 (Annexure P-3) passed by Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur by allowing the application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. and summoning the petitioner Nos.2 and 3 as additional accused in the trial No."CHI/224/2022" titled "State Vs. Amanpreet Singh" and all consequent and subsequent proceedings on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-5). Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw present petition with liberty to file afresh with complete and correct pleadings.
