Mr. Pankaj Gupta, Addl. Advocate General, Punjab. Mr. S.P. Garg, Advocate for respondents No.2 and 3.
**** AJAY TEWARI, J. (Oral) [1] By this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the notice issued whereby it has been directed to make payment of Market Fee and RDF without any show cause notice or passing any order of assessment. [2] Learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 very fairly states that this notice is not demand notices but only a show cause notice. The petitioner is at liberty to file reply to the same and respondents will pass final order. He further states that no recovery shall be made till finalisation of assessment.
[3] In these circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
[4] Since the writ petition is disposed of, the pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
