SUKHVINDER KAUR, J (ORAL) Learned State counsel has filed status report by way of affidavit of Mr. Jaspinder Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Zirakpur, District SAS Nagar, Mohali, on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4, in Court today, alleging that parties have arrived at compromise and parties have already filed a compromise quashing petition vide CRM-M-56305 of 2024 before this Court and matter has already been sent for recording of statement of parties regarding compromise effected before the learned Trial Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also stated that as the matter has been compromised between the parties, so present petition has rendered infructuous and he seeks permission to withdraw the same.
